Trump: "Most people say it's already been won, it's just a question of when. When do we stop. We don't want to let it regrow, and ideally we'd like to see somebody in there that knows what they're doing."

"They gave me a list of names and said, 'Sir, you can pick the name you like, sir,'" Trump recalled...

Trump paused his remarks in Hebron, Ky., on Wednesday to comment on the military operation against Iran, dubbed "Operation Epic Fury."

“Is that a great name or what?” he asked a crowd of his supporters.

“They gave me a list of names and said, ‘Sir, you can pick the name you like, sir,’” Trump recalled, mimicking the stern voice of a military commander.

“And they gave me like 20 names,” he said. He picked the one he liked best.

As for the war's progress, he added: “You never like to say too early you won, but we won."

Trump: "It's an excursion that will keep us out of war. For them it's war. It's turned out to be easier than we thought"

Trump made a MINIMUM of $130 K per night charging Republicans for rooms their "policy retreat" at his Doral club

Trump was lining his pockets and simultaneously making MAGA lawmakers pay up for their stays at his Trump National Doral Golf Club in Miami this week, according to reports Wednesday.

The four-star luxury resort has rooms starting at $600+ per night, and "nothing was on the House" during the Republican policy retreat this week in Florida, according to The Swamp, The Daily Beast's Substack.

"America is at war and casualties are mounting, gas prices and the cost of living are skyrocketing, and federal workers forgotten in a government shutdown are wondering when they’ll get their next paycheck," The Swamp reported. "So what better for GOP lawmakers to do than to head for the Miami sunshine for the annual House Republican policy retreat?"

The resort also apparently has a 125-foot water slide, $420 spa treatments and a $31 burger on the menu.

In between bouts of servicing Noem, Lewandowski reportedly "Secretly Bragged About DHS Power"

https://www.thedailybeast.com/ice-barbie-kristi-noems-alleged-lover-corey-lewandowski-secretly-touted-possible-donald-trump-pardon-at-dhs/

Insiders have revealed that Kristi Noem’s top aide and alleged paramour privately bragged about having the power to do “whatever” he wants because he believes President Donald Trump would pardon him.

Corey Lewandowski, 52, has made comments about wielding great power in his role at the Department of Homeland Security, sources told the New York Post in the wake of his fall from the ever-embattled agency, along with the cosplay-loving secretary.

“I’m not worried. I do whatever the f–k I want. DJT will pardon me,” one of the Post’s sources quoted Lewandowski as saying last year. The remark was made during a discussion about official actions, according to the outlet.

Another source told the Post that Lewandowski “was telling people he was going to get [a] pardon so he didn’t have to worry.” Four other sources told the paper that they didn’t hear him make the remark, though it sounded like something he would say based on their experiences with him.

Cornyn DENIIES lip-lock on Trump's butt: "I'd say, uh, that's not true. I think we're through. Go ahead. Go away."

"The president has made the SAVE America Act his 'number one priority,' and he is right," the senator added. "After careful consideration, I support whatever changes to Senate rules that may prove necessary for us to get the SAVE America Act and homeland security funding past the Democrats' obstruction, through the Senate, and on the president's desk for his signature."

Later on Wednesday, NBC News confronted Cornyn about why he had changed his position.

"You previously said that nuking the filibuster would be taking a wrecking ball to Senate rules," an NBC reporter noted. "Is that no longer true?"

"Um, I said I'd be open to reforms," Cornyn insisted.

"What would you say to those who say you just changed your mind to win the president's endorsement?" the reporter asked.

"I'd say, uh, that's not true," the Republican stated, adding, "I think we're through. Go ahead. Go away."

"That is what?" Trump asked. "The school in Iran," the reporter repeated. "I don't know about it," Trump replied.

"A new report says that the military investigation has found that the United States struck the school in Iran," one reporter noted. "As Commander and Chief, do you take responsibility for that?"

"That is what?" Trump asked.

"The school in Iran. A new report says the military investigation has found it was the United States that struck the school," the reporter repeated.

"I don't know about it," Trump replied dismissively.

The president has previously blamed Iran for striking the school.

EVEN DUBYA KNEW that being seen on the golf course while sending soldiers to die added up to BAD F*CKING OPTICS.

A 2008 interview with former President George W. Bush has resurfaced after President Donald Trump chose to play a round of golf amid the Iran-Israel-U.S. war.

In a May 2008 White House interview with Politico, Bush said he decided to quit golf after the August 2003 bombing of the United Nations headquarters in Baghdad, which killed the top U.N. official in Iraq – Sergio Vieira de Mello.

“I remember when de Mello, who was at the U.N., got killed in Baghdad as a result of these murderers taking this good man’s life,” he told the outlet. “I was playing golf — I think I was in central Texas — and they pulled me off the golf course and I said, ‘It’s just not worth it anymore to do.’ ”

“I don’t want some mom whose son may have recently died to see the commander in chief playing golf,” he continued. “I feel I owe it to the families to be in solidarity as best as I can with them. And I think playing golf during a war just sends the wrong signal.”
